Sierra has strengths in data analysis, strategy development, relationship management, writing and editing. She earned a master’s in public health from the Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health and, before joining the team, spent several years as a Senior Strategist for a healthcare consulting firm.

At KHS Consulting, she enjoys being part of a team of like-minded individuals and using her skills to help our clients continue to make a difference in the communities they serve.

Ashley brings to the team her strong education, data analysis, research and writing skills. She earned her Elementary Education degree from Olivet Nazarene University, and taught for 13 years in both the Indianapolis Public Schools and Wayne Township school systems, primarily in Kindergarten.

Ashley loves that grant writing allows her to get to know the heart of an organization in a unique way, and then gets to help tell their story to further their mission and the people they serve.

Casey has a background in communications, focused on content and project management. She honed her skills in corporate communications and public relations for a variety of clients and, most recently, worked in marketing communications for safety product and school foodservice manufacturers.

The newest member of the team, she has most enjoyed learning about the clients we serve at KHS Consulting, the fulfilling work they do and ways she can contribute to meeting their goals.
