A Fundraiser Who Gets It
You have a big-hearted mission and I’m here to help you achieve it. I’m a passionate leader who delights in fostering organizational growth and long-term success for nonprofits.
Through 20 years of fundraising and nonprofit leadership, I’ve watched organization after organization hire consultants only to be left with unsustainable plans and a binder soon gathering dust. I’m committed to partnering with you to operationalize practices and deploy innovative strategies that work for your non-profit organization. I leave my clients with not only concrete, actionable plans and momentum, but an ally for the future.
Born and raised in Indiana, my nonprofit management career began in New York City. After earning my master’s in social work at NYU, I stayed there to work in education and community development. I went on to work in program and development director roles for organizations including nationally-known, time-tested institutions like YMCA, JCC, Boy Scouts of America, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Boys & Girls Clubs.
I have a proven track record of success in board and fund development, campaign management, and capacity building. I have built a strong reputation within the community and am sought after for my industry expertise and thought leadership. I'm a natural relationship builder who loves to put plans in action. Championing "firsts" for organization is my specialty.
Always one to pursue growth and hone skills, I’m a proud grad of the United Way of Central Indiana Youth Leadership Initiative, UWCI Women Leaders Series, and the Central Indiana Community Foundation’s Women’s Fund OPTIONS Program. I’ve also completed training with the Gallup Institute, Franklin Covey, Sandler Sales System, and Six Sigma.
